Persico Group (Lombardia, Italy) is more than a machine builder — it is a technology partner. With decades of experience across different sectors, the company specializes in designing engineered-to-order technologies for companies working with advanced composites across automotive, aerospace, hydrogen, medical and industrial, and is showcasing this ability at CAMX 2025.

Persico’s strength lies in combining deep process knowledge with precision engineering and intelligent automation to deliver systems that support productivity, performance and scalability. Whether for prototyping or full-scale production, Persico delivers custom-built solutions that align with material, geometry and manufacturing strategies.

The company feature its latest press systems and tooling for consolidation and compression molding of thermoset and thermoplastic composites. These platforms are designed for speed, accuracy and durability, enabling customers to produce high-strength components in demanding, high-throughput environments.

In the field of rotational molding, Persico highlights innovations such as:

  • Water-soluble core technology for complex, hollow geometries
  • Liner production for Type 4 and 5 hydrogen tanks
  • Expertise in high-temperature thermoplastics for clean energy and lightweight applications.

Persico’s robotic automation cells support post-molding operations including drilling, trimming, routing, laser processing and robotic CNC, all configurable with vision systems for end-of-line inspection and closed-loop quality control.

In partnership with PlasmaBound (Dublin, Ireland), Persico also offers a plasma ablation system — a dry, eco-friendly and highly flexible surface preparation method that replaces sanding or chemical treatments for bonding prep.

Additional offerings include systems for materials handling, preforming and a full range of joining technologies, including welding, bonding, riveting and insert installation.
