MCS Industrial Ltda (Guarulhos) is a Brazilian company specializing in tubes, sheets, rings, bushings and special parts comprising phenolic paper, cotton phenolic (Nema L/LE, C/CE, etc.) and epoxy glass (Nema G10/FR4, G11/FR5, etc.), as well epoxy filament-wound tubes and flat springs for vibrating equipments like feeders and conveyors. Several of its products are featured at its CAMX booth.
With more than 40 years in industry, MCS Industrial is ISO 9001-2015 certificated. The company supplies a wide range of materials for several markets globally, including electrical, hydraulics, cryogenics, fuses, tractors and offshore applications.
MCS Industrial also has its own machining shop, offering a wide range of machining options. All parts are made under request, from a single tube to a complex-machined part. Tubes are offered in diameters ranging from 3.2 mm (0.125" ID) to more than 914.4 mm (36" ID), with wall thicknesses from as little as 0.25 mm (0.010") to over 102 mm (4"). Furthermore, the company offers personalized resin systems — for high-temperature, self-extinguishing materials, self lubricating and many others, for example.
