Precision composite molds produce quality, reliable parts
CAMX 2023: Suase, under the Sanse Group, is presenting its design, development and manufacture of high-quality SMC/BMC/GMT/LFT molds for automotive, agriculture, construction, rail and more.
Since its establishment in 2002, Suase Plastic Mould Co. Ltd. (Zhejiang, China) has nurtured a dedicated focus on producing high-end precision composite molds, including those tailored for sheet molding compound (SMC), bulk molding compound (BMC), glass mat thermoplastic (GMT), long fiber thermoplastic and various injection molds.
Suase says its craftsmanship can be found across a multitude of industries — automotive, agricultural and construction machinery and more — where its molds have shaped the backbone of modern mobility and infrastructure. Beyond this, the company extends its influence into the realm of rail transit and the consumer landscape, contributing to the production of electrical appliances, building materials and bathroom sanitary ware.
Suase’s optimized product design, however, has enabled it to master high-end mold design and manufacturing principles, and set new benchmarks for the composites industry in particular. Precision is said to be further elevated through accurate fixture and inspection solutions that guarantee the quality and reliability of each mold produced.
Suase is part of the Sanse Group. The group features an expansive composite solutions portfolio, operating across manufacturing divisions in Taizhou, Jiaxing, Jilin and Wuhan in China, and spanning the spectrum of design, verification, raw material production, composite material molding, painting, assembly and more.
