Angeloni Group integrates Selcom into composites division

Angeloni Group (Venice, Italy), through its holding company Flex Composite Group (FCG), announces the integration of Selcom (Fregona TV, Italy) within its composites division.

Angeloni Group, founded in 1927, specializes in the production of dry and prepregs fabrics, as well as in the trading of consumable for composite raw materials, with three productions sites in Italy. Selcom, founded in 1992, is known for its high-value multiaxial technical fiber solutions. The integration will enable both to offer innovative solutions and broaden product portfolios in order to maximize customer satisfaction.

The combination of Angeloni Group and Selcom also consolidates the former’s presence and commitment in the composites sector with four state-of-the art plants capable of producing, fabrics, multiaxial materials, dry and carbon and glass fiber prepregs, resins, core materials and consumables.

The companies will operate in continuity with the past and company contacts will remain unchanged.
