L&L Products engineers foam core, thermoplastic adhesives and tailored composite solutions
JEC World 2026: Whether designing for efficiency, durability, workers safety or sustainability, L&L products like InsituCore and T-Link aim to push strength, weight and flexibility boundaries.
A trusted partner in the composites industry, L&L Products (Romeo, Mich., U.S.) is showcasing its latest composite advancements engineered to push boundaries in strength, weight reduction and design flexibility. Highlights include InsituCore and T-Link.
InsituCore, a foaming core technology, is a family of one-component, heat-activated foaming materials that can be used to create composites with foam core. Placed in a heated tool, the material foams to fill the mold cavity and form net-shape parts without time-consuming machining processes or energy-intensive autoclave operations.
T-Link is an engineering thermoplastic bonding adhesive for high performance and processability. To meet a long-existing industry need, T-Link does not require cold storage or special handling and can be consolidated into a composite structure quickly. Due to its thermoplastic nature, T-Link conforms to deep-drawn parts for producing irregularly shaped components.
Other advanced composite offerings are being discussed, including tailored adhesives and reinforcement solutions for aerospace, specialty automotive, sporting goods, mass transit and marine applications.
