CMS to install Kreator LFAM/machining system in the U.K. for aerospace
Technical collaboration with composite component producer United Aerospace leads to the machine’s use in manufacturing autoclave tooling, jigs and fixtures, in addition to customer trials and demos.

In addition to being used for actual production after installation, the CMS Kreator machine also effectively provides a U.K. showroom and laboratory to facilitate trials and demonstrations for potential UA and CMS customers.
Working with a range of materials including composites to suit customer application requirements, UA will use this hybrid milling and large format additive machine to develop and produce actual products for its clients including autoclave tooling, jigs and fixtures for use in UA’s computerized autoclaves or assembly facility.
