Re:Build Manufacturing (Framingham, Mass., U.S.) announces that Re:Build Oribi Composites’ (Commerce City, Colo., U.S.) quality management system (QMS) has been certified to conform to the ISO 9001:2015 standards by Platinum Registration. The scope of this certification includes the design and manufacture of fiber-reinforced thermoplastic and thermoset composite components and assemblies.

“The team at Re:Build Oribi Composites has worked tirelessly over the past two years to develop, implement and maintain quality management practices. Our diligence to these practices has paved the way for this highly coveted certification,” John Barrett, general manager, Re:Build Oribi Composites, remarks. “This certification was obtained to provide piece of mind to our customers that we can consistently meet their needs for quality composites products and excellent service.”

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO), is an independent, non-governmental body based out of Geneva, Switzerland. ISO 9001:2015 ensures that certified companies have a set of procedures that cover all key processes in the business, regularly review individual processes and the quality system itself for effectiveness and pursue the continual improvement of those processes.
