E-Learning Composites Academy (E-LCA, Givry, Burgundy, France), a digital training tool specialized in composite materials processing, and the Link Institute of Composites Technologies (LICT), a learning initiative by Link Composites Pvt. Ltd. (Maharashtra, India), announce a strategic alliance designed to support India’s industrial expansion.

The partnership addresses the rapid growth of the aerospace and defense sectors in India. By establishing a bridge between E-LCA’s European expertise and LICT’s established infrastructure, this collaboration will provide Indian industry stakeholders with access high international training standards.

The LICT will further strengthens its leadership position by integrating E-LCA’s digital curriculum and the specialized knowledge of its Committee of Excellence. For the E-LCA, this partnership enables the deployment of its technical know-how within a strategic market, leveraging LICT’s 25 years of experience and an extensive network of 3,000 clients.

The LICT has a 16,000-square-meter technical center (including a 400-square-meter dedicated training zone) and a 5,500-square-meter glass fabric production plant. The company also has an additional 5,000 square meters of space available, which can be allocated to either training or manufacturing to support future growth.
