CAMX 2022 exhibit preview: Schuler North America
Schuler’s smart control systems are said to achieve high material savings by reducing waste throughout the material cutting, distribution and forming processes.
Schuler North America (Canton, Mich., U.S.), the North American subsidiary of Schuler Group GmbH (Göppingen, Germany), exhibits its customized technology in all areas of forming, from the networked press to shop planning. With the company’s recent and largest new market order for the kitchen and bath industry, Schuler continues to produce tailored and innovative solutions for compression molding and material forming.
Schuler showcases its smart factory and sustainability capabilities for composites and advanced materials. The company also presents “Smart Factory and Sustainability Standards for Composites and Advanced Materials: iComposite 4.0 — is the Future of Forming Digital?” at CAMX’s education session. This presentation, along with Schuler’s key exhibitor topics, covers how manufacturers can achieve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and work towards the iComposite 4.0 future. Schuler helps attendees identify how problems such as machine stops, failures and production mistakes can be reduced while increasing production time.
At its booth, Schuler provides insight into the company’s portfolio of press systems and automated lines as well as Schuler’s full turnkey solution for digitization or one-stop shop support. The company also explains how its smart control systems achieve high material savings by reducing waste throughout the material cutting, distribution and forming processes.
