This presentation will briefly highlight the advantages and challenges. The main part of the webinars will showcase product recommendations from Evonik's portfolio and how they can be used to enhance the performance of the final composite materials to meet the requirements from the automotive, aerospace and sporting goods industries.

Marina-Elena Inhestern

Lab Leader, Composites and Adhesive Applications - Epoxy Curing Agents

Marina-Elena Inhestern is a chemical engineer who specializes in coatings and adhesive application. Marina started her career in 2013 at Evonik's strategic RD&I and was strongly involved in developing new composite formulations for the automotive industry. In 2018, she took over the position as a lab leader for amine/epoxy-based coatings in the EMEA region for the Crosslinkers business line. Since the beginning of February 2024, she is now responsible for epoxy curing agents for composite and adhesive applications. In this function, Marine will provide technical support and solutions for Evonik's partners and customers.
