Renegade Materials expands Miamisburg operations with facility acquisition
Beginning in 2027, the additional warehousing and administrative space will enhance Renegade’s capacity and functionality for aerospace programs.

Renegade Materials Corp. (Miamisburg, Ohio, U.S.) a global provider of aerospace composite materials and a subsidiary of Teijin Holdings USA Inc., has announced an expansion of operations through the acquisition of an additional facility.
The 20,000-square-foot building will expand Renegade Materials’ operational footprint by providing dedicated space for warehousing and administrative functions, helping the company meet increasing demand across commercial and defense aerospace programs. The building is conveniently located within the same industrial park in Miamisburg, Ohio, as the company’s two existing facilities. Renegade will assume occupancy in 2027, creating opportunities to optimize manufacturing flow across existing sites while supporting the company’s multiyear growth and capacity expansion strategy.
“This strategic acquisition underscores Renegade’s commitment to deliberate, long-term growth,” says Matt Trombly, president of Renegade Materials. “The added capacity and efficiency will enhance our agility and strengthen our support for customer programs as they continue to scale.”
Renegade Materials develops high-temperature thermoset resins, prepregs and adhesives for use in commercial and defense aerospace applications. Its materials are formulated to meet the rigorous thermal, mechanical, electrical and environmental requirements demanded by the aerospace industry.
