Family-owned and operated company Practix USA (Acworth, Ga., U.S.) has been building industrial dry adhesive textile laminating machines in the U.S. since the early 1980s. The company boasts a complete line of equipment, from small fusing machines for customers specializing in tailored clothing, to high-speed curved plate machines for the automotive trim and flooring markets.

Practix also offers a mature line of dual belt drum laminators from 12-60" in diameter. Working widths from 40-200" are available. In addition, the company features a gapable line of conveyorized laminating machines for fabric to foam operations and the rigid composites market. A line of flatbed compression presses offer several different delivery systems, including steel and Teflon-coated fiberglass belts. Steel belt machines are available with temperatures up to 350°C for ballistic markets and up to 700 tons of pressure. Practix also offers supporting equipment for everything mentioned above, including unwinds and rewinds with sheeting and stacking capabilities.

Practix prides itself on building very heavy and overbuilt equipment that will stand 24-hour operations. The company offers lifetime support on all of the machines it sells, in addition to world-class support and fast turnaround times. A standard line of off-the-shelf machines or custom-built options are available.
