Registration is open for the 2022 Carbon Fiber Conference
The education event, produced by Gardner Business Media and CompositesWorld, celebrates its 25th year in Greenville, South Carolina this November.

On July 20, Gardner Business Media (Cincinnati, Ohio, U.S.) and CompositesWorld announced that registration is officially open for the 2022 Carbon Fiber Conference. The conference, an education-focused event that will feature sessions from leaders in carbon fiber composites, tabletop exhibits and unique networking opportunities, will take place on November 15-17, 2022 at the Hyatt Regency Greenville in Greenville, S.C., U.S.
“The Carbon Fiber Conference has a long history of bringing together many of the players from throughout the carbon fiber supply chain — from raw materials to finished structures — to explore established and new technologies, emerging markets and evolving applications,” Jeff Sloan, editor-in-chief of CompositesWorld, says. “It also provides unparalleled opportunities to connect with other professionals to build quality business relationships.”
Carbon Fiber 2022 (#CarbonFiber2022) is celebrating it’s 25th anniversary this year. Attendees that register by the early bird deadline of October 14, 2022 will receive a limited-edition commemorative lapel pin. “I can’t think of any other technical conference that has been held every year for 25 years. From San Antonio to Bordeaux, Hamburg, Budapest, Washington, D.C., Knoxville, Charleston, Scottsdale to San Diego and La Jolla, Carbon Fiber has provided an open and informative forum to get the status of various efforts to penetrate new markets, explore technology breakthroughs and follow the growth in the CFRP market,” Scott Stephenson, director of Strategic Initiatives & Events for CompositesWorld and president of SAMPE North America, emphasizes.
A full lineup of education sessions will be available in the Carbon Fiber Registration Brochure, which will be sent along with the September print and digital issue of CompositesWorld, as well as posted on the event’s website, CarbonFiberEvent.com in August. Carbon Fiber 2022 will also feature networking receptions, two pre-conference seminars and a tour of Clemson University’s International Center for Automotive Research (limited space available).
Early bird pricing for the conference is $1,695. Registering after the early bird deadline of October 14 will cost $1,795.
