LEWCO Inc. (Sandusky, Ohio, U.S.) displays its line of industrial ovens, which include a full range of batch ovens, composite curing ovens, conveyor ovens, field-assembled ovens and drum and tote heaters.

According to the company, temperature management is available via simple microprocessor instruments, or LEWCO’s proprietary software package that can be customized to meet a range of customer requirements. An extensive variety of standard options are available, including but not limited to vacuum ports and pumps, transducers, thermocouple jack panels and data acquisition hardware/software. Controls packages are available to meet industry standards such as AMS2750 and BAC5621 requirements and are designed in-house.

Additionally, the company reports that its technical expertise and advanced engineering capability enable it to meet the most stringent performance requirements for government and aerospace applications. LEWCO industrial ovens are also said to achieve optimized temperature uniformity with the company’s plenum design and airflow distribution techniques.

For more than 30 years, the family-owned and operated company says it has pioneered industrial oven design and innovation, and brought quality products to market at competitive prices. LEWCO applies ISO 9001 certification, Six Sigma and service/quality initiatives, tracks metrics and performs root-cause analysis to continuously improve its manufacturing process.
