With more than 50 years of experience in the cast polyurethane industry, StateMix (Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada) develops and manufactures innovative and quality products for mixing, metering and curing. Product offerings include Vortex Mixers, fully automated dispensers, flex-cell hand-batching stations, Moca Melters, hot tables and ovens.
StateMix Vortex Mixers use a dual-axis mixing process that, according to the company, produces excellent results without the use of blades or the need for time-consuming clean-up. The Vortex Mixer is designed to mix hard-to-blend materials over a wide range of viscosities and comes in five sizes to cover a variety of mixing applications.
The company is showcasing a new addition to its line of Vortex Mixers, the VM-1000-VAC. This new StateMix Vortex Mixer now includes vacuum capabilities. This two-in-one, VM-1000-VAC model can simultaneously mix with vacuum capabilities of up to 1,000 g of material.
StateMix provides leading-edge industrial mixing and dispensing technologies and customized equipment for the cast urethane market.
