Tecnofire Fire Protection
TECNOFIRE® is a unique range of intumescent materials, providing the ideal solution for passive fire protection. They deliver the required fire protection to composites without the toxicity, structural compromises or time consuming application associated with al;ternative technologies like additives or paints.
TECNOFIRE® intumescents are mineral fiber stabilised, graphite-based products which exhibit unidirectional expansion to form a highly effective fire barrier. The combination of graphite and mineral fiber produces greatly enhanced char stability and excellent insulation properties that protect the underlying structure.
It is available in a wide range of thicknesses with various expansion volume and pressure characteristics and these properties can be specifically optimised to produce tailor-made solutions.
Available as both rigid and flexible products, TECNOFIRE® can be supplied in rolls sheets or narrow coils.
* Passive fire protection
* Excellent insulation properties
* Excellent char stability
* Range of thicknesses & expansion ratios
