AIM-9000 Infrared Microscope
The fully automated AIM-9000 allows performing all steps in micro analysis quickly and easily. A 30,000:1 S/N ratio yields low noise spectra for even the smallest contaminants for better library matching results, while up to 60 areas on the sample, of different sizes and shapes, can be measured in one series of measurements. An Automatic Contamination Feature eliminates manual search and masking routines for faster analysis, while a proprietary Contaminant Analysis Program provides fast, accurate search results. An optional wide field camera with 330X zoom enables fast and easy positioning for analysis.
The AIM-9000 can be utilized with EDXIR-Analysis software, which enables integrated analysis using FTIR and EDX-RF Spectrometry, to optimize identification of real-world contaminants.
