The gas-fired 350ºF/177ºC oven has a workspace 10 ft wide by 32 ft deep by 8 ft high (10 ft by 32 ft by 8 ft). Its heating unit features a 1.2 million BTU/hr gas burner, and generates 49,000 ft³/min of air from two 20-hp recirculating blowers that provide combination airflow to the workloads. The oven features 102-mm/4-inch thick insulated walls, a removable, top-mounted heat chamber and an aluminized steel interior and exterior walls. Included is an 8,000-cfm forced exhauster, for quick purge and cool down, and motorized dampers on the intake and exhaust to accelerate cooling.
