At CAMX, Adsali Technology (Pleasanton, CA, US), the US distributor for Advanced Composite Technology Materials Co. Ltd. (ACT, Shanghai, China), focused on core materials. Led by long-time honeycomb industry veterans Lori Herren and Mark Caldwell, ACT uses what they say is “the latest production technology” and DuPont’s (Wilmington, DE, US) Nomex paper to produce reportedly high-quality, cost-effective core materials with a range of cell diameters, thicknesses and densities for both commercial and aerospace applications.
