Numerical Control Computer Sciences (Newport Beach, Calif.) has premiered its advanced NCL v9.5 multi-axis machining software. The software offers comprehensive 5-axis simultaneous contouring as well as several new time saving enhancements. New features include quick profiling, using a new interface that enables multi-axis contouring of a series of surfaces with a few mouse clicks, plus automated profiling of 3-D curves, roughing strategies for large components, and multi-axis roughing.
