(Lake In The Hills, Ill.) has introduced its new DuraFlow 27-03 PTFE-coated bleeder and breather fabrics, specifically designed to maximize porosity yet retain release characteristics. Used as bleeder/breather cloth in vacuum bagging and as a release fabric in prepreg manufacture, the material is chemical- and temperature-resistent and has nonstick properties. According to the company, the fabric can be manufactured and certified to meet a variety of porosity specifications.
