Benzoxazine resin now available in a prepreg

Henkel Corp.’s (Rocky Hill, Conn.) developing benzoxazine resin line was positioned at SAMPE 2012 as a lower-cost alternative to bismaleimide (BMI) resin. Henkel reported that a prepreg benzoxazine is now available, and the company is working on other versions of this material for use by composites manufacturers.
