UTECH Europe, the polyurethanes (PU) exhibition and conference taking place at the MECC in Maastricht, the Netherlands, has been rescheduled to Nov. 16-18, 2021.

“We are committed to staging a vibrant UTECH Europe in 2021 to provide the polyurethanes industry with a much-needed platform to recapture lost opportunities, identify new business opportunities and re-engage with industry associates, friends and colleagues,” says Debbie Hershfield, trade show director at Crain Communications, one of the event’s organizer. “Taking into account feedback from our stakeholders, it feels right to take this early decision to postpone UTECH Europe until later in the year.”

UTECH Europe, said to be one of the only international exhibition and conference for the PU industry, typically attracts visitors from more than 80 countries and offers a wide application breadth of PU technology from automotive interiors, medical devices, textiles, furniture and footwear, insulation, adhesives and coatings. More than 90% of exhibition space for the event has already been sold.

“As good as we felt about hosting UTECH Europe in September, we believe this move to November will fill exhibitors, speakers and attendees with more confidence that they will see the UTECH Europe they’ve come to expect,” Hershfield adds.
