Spintech Ventures spun off of Cornerstone Research Group Inc.

A new company, Spintech Ventures (Xenia, Ohio), was created on Oct. 1 as a spinoff of Cornerstone Research Group Inc. (CRG, Dayton, Ohio). Spintech Ventures is a sales and manufacturing entity for two of CRG’s products, Smart Tooling and Repair Technologies. The new company is a venture-capital-funded organization. Craig Jennings, former CEO of Motoman, is the CEO. Spintech Ventures is located in a 20,000 ft² (1,858m²) facility.
