DuPont becomes independent company
DuPont has announced its debut as an independent company following the successful separation of its Agriculture Division through the spin-off of Corteva Inc.
DuPont de Nemours Inc. (DuPont, Wilmington, Del., U.S.), on June 3 announced its debut as an independent company following the successful separation of its Agriculture Division through the spin-off of Corteva Inc. (Corteva, Wilmington, Del., U.S.). The company was formerly known as DowDuPont Inc.

DuPont has a presence in over 70 countries, with headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware, and operates approximately 170 manufacturing sites, over 10 global R&D centers and 10 global innovation centers.
