The Patriot™ Innovator Injection Systems were designed for injecting polyester, vinylester and methacrylate resins and catalyst at controlled pressures.  The material mixing is done on demand at the injection head, and the catalyst ratio can be adjusted from 0.75% to 2.5%.

The fully pneumatic automated controls, controlling the number of strokes during injections, recirculation, and more makes the process easier and more efficient.

HIGH VOLUME DUO INJECTION SYSTEM

The High Volume Duo Injection System is specifically designed to mix and dispense multiple 1:1 volumetric materials. It features precise, proven metering technology, reliable high-volume flow, automatic Pro Gun for consistent internal mix delivery, the lowest mix/meter percentage at plus/minus 0.01%, significantly reduced gassing with our unique catalyst pump, and all of the mixing at the automatic ProGun™.

MVP MICRO PRO PROPORTIONER SYSTEM

The MicroPro Proportioner System is ideal for low flow rate metering of many epoxies, urethanes, and silicone materials. It is set up for any of the closed mold methods out in the field today. It is ideal for low or high pressure applications with material viscosity from 20cps to 40,000 cps.

Autovalves

The IVx3 Valve streamlines the infusion process by integrating two process valves into a single compact device. Specifically designed as part of the Flex Molding Process, this valve is suitable for all closed molding applications such as Light RTM, Infusion, Reusable bags. Additional features include:

The two position turbo autosprue is another autovalve that MVP offers for your closed mold solutions. It allows you to get rid of a lot of waste, such as hoses, less material waste, and some disposables in the closed mold process. This is a very simple valve to use in the closed mold processes and can connect up to any of the MVP injection systems. This will connect directly up to a universal insert in a LRTM mold, Disposable Bag, or Reusable Bag. This is an easy plug and play closed mold accessory.

  • Two G1/4 ports for resin supply and waste for purging/flushing
