Composite Core and Rapid Tooling

Pourable foams allow the user to reduce waste and cycle time while improving durability by molding composite cores, patterns and tooling mandrels. Products capable of RTM, pre-preg and autoclave processing in excess of 400°F are available.

Cryogenic Insulation

Sprayable cryogenic insulation foams allow for liquid hydrogen and oxygen aerospace fuel tanks with greatly reduced weight.  Stepan's spray foam products have a wide processing window, allowing for greater production flexibility, and have proven performance in extreme low-temperature environments.
