Typical part sizes are in the range of 36" x 60" x 18" (914 mm x 1524 mm x 457mm), but others can be mounted to fit. It is ideal for trimming composite, thermoformed, blowmolded, injection molded and rotational molded automotive, agricultural, and consumer goods products, among others.

The RoboTrim RT-1900 is one example of a large standard system for high throughput automated trimming of plastics and composites.
The RT-1900 standard model features an inverted, rail-mounted KMT AccuTrim® R-110 robot inside a steel enclosure. The rail provides the robot with the ability to move up to 15 feet (4.5 m). The system?s two-sided 19-foot (5.8 m) rotating servo table can accommodate part sizes up to 13 feet (4 m) long and 5 feet (1.5 m) wide.
