Ashland acquires Air Products and Chemicals
Ashland Inc. (Dublin, Ohio) has completed the purchase of the pressure-sensitive adhesive business and the atmospheric emulsions business from Air Products and Chemicals Inc. (Allentown, Pa.). The $92 million (USD) transaction includes the latter's manufacturing facilities in Elkton, Md., and Piedmont, S.C.
