A Special Message from Eastman Machine Co.

The Eagle is Eastman's latest low-ply CNC cutting conveyor system, and is designed to run 24/7 without sacrificing speed or accuracy. It delivers heavy duty continuous cutting performance that can stand up to any cutting requirement. Shown above with optional features including EasiLabel and the Power Feed material handling system.
How it Works Material is automatically fed and spread across the conveyor and vacuumed to the surface to ensure material hold-down and cutting accuracy. The robust gantry and tool head design utilize a precision servo-controlled belt tracking system along with a rack and pinion drive, to cut a wide variety or materials and thicknesses. The intuitive user interface of EasiCut software makes it easy to control tool type, speeds and accelerations. It also makes it easy to restart a file or recut pieces. Aids to productivity include nesting pieces, removing common lines, duplicate entities, edge cuts, etc.
