PB Fast Set
PB Fast Set is an amber colored, one part, urethane adhesive that fully cures in 30 minutes. It works well for indoor or outdoor applications. It cures from liquid to solid with a slight amount of moisture. Use it to join Precision Board high density urethane sheets to make them longer or wider, and for laminating sheets together to make them thicker. Consistency of PB Fast Set is similar to honey, making it easy to apply directly from the container. No mixing is required. Works well on wood, metal and most other materials. Easy to cut, carve, sand or machine. Cuts cleanly. Cure time: Full strength cure 30 minutes. For slower cure and more working time, use PB Bond-240.Call or e-mail for a free sample! Precision Board (PBHT) Tooling Board to 149°C/300°F continuous. PBLT Tooling Board to 93°C/200°F continuous. Neither outgasses or inhibits prepreg cure; low-CTE; seven sizes from 20 inches by 60 inches to 5 ft by 10 ft sheets; density 4 to 45 lb/ft2. Thickness to 20 inches.
