Flowserve Corp. (Dallas, Texas) has launched the Limitorque Actuation Systems L75 series of electric valve actuators. The series is said to use state-of-the-art technology to provide remote-control actuation of quarter-turn valves and other rotary devices, including on/off and modulating rotary valve applications. It can be ordered with a variety of options, including a cycle-length control feature, a feedback potentiometer, a position indicator board and a heater/thermostat. It is targeted toward the water and wastewater treatment, copper mining, chemical, petrochemical, process control, industrial applications and pharmaceutical markets as well many others.
