Mikron Infrared Inc. (Oakland, N.J., U.S.A.) introduces its Model MI-GA5-TV digital pyrometer for non-contact measurement of temperatures between 250°C and 2500°C (482°F and 5432°F). Designed for use in the high-temperature processing of composites, ceramics and other materials, the device incorporates a TV camera module, which facilitates optical alignment and enables continuous observation of the measurement area on a remote monitor. The device also can be configured for laser targeting or through-the-lens sighting, with analog and digital output. All models include comprehensive software solutions for data logging and defining real-time process temperature trends.
