Computer control takes the guesswork out and replaces it with traceable quality repair management, says the company. Point-and-click programs enable mapping the position of as many as 16 thermocouples in three zones (optionally, 32 thermocouples in six zones), automating control of cure times based on adhesive characteristic data. Users may select from as many as 100 pre-programmed control cycles of up to six ramp and soak steps, with the vacuum programmable at each stage.
