Axel Plastics Research Laboratories Inc.'s (Woodside, N.Y.) MoldWiz 1970JB water-based mold release is formulated to reduce required reapplication from every third part to as seldom as every thirtieth part, depending on the configuration of the mold cavity. It reduces mold pitting and corrosion, and any release residue can be washed from demolded parts with water, says the company.
