(Clearwater, Fla.) has introduced precision flat work that can be custom manufactured for molding and stamping parts, such as electronic components, medical devices and consumer products. The material features tolerances to 0.0001 inch/2.54 microns and can be manufactured in sizes as small as 1/32-inch thick (for cavity inserts) to as large as 12-inches/305-cm wide for cavity blocks. Round tooling and custom core pins with tip diameters as small as 0.002 inch/0.05 mm also can be made. Pricing is based on material, size, complexity and quantity.
