EP24, Master Bond Inc.'s (Hackensack, N.J., U.S.A.) EP24 fast-cure, two-component epoxy adhesive, cures at room temperature or more rapidly at elevated temperatures, but also can be cured at temperatures as low as -6°C/20°F. The 100 percent reactive material contains no volatiles or solvents and is mixed to a convenient noncritical 1:1 ratio by weight or volume. The adhesive spreads evenly and smoothly. Reportedly durable, tough and resistant to thermal cycling and chemicals, it adheres to metals, glass, ceramics, wood, vulcanized rubbers and many plastics and quickly develops high bonding strength (>3,000 psi at room temperature), with a service temperature range from -148.8°C to 121°C (300°F to +250°F.)
