Huntsman Advanced Materials (The Woodlands, Texas) has introduced ACG TB720, an epoxy tooling block material developed in partnership with Advanced Composites Group (ACG, Heanor, Derbyshire, U.K. and Tulsa, Okla.). The product is said to be an easily machined, lower-cost material for fabrication of master models material, offering a good blend of mechanical and physical properties as well as compatibility with ACG’s ancillary adhesives and sealers. The material will be available in a range of sizes from ACG facilities in Europe and the U.S.
