Diamond Tool Coating (N. Tonawanda, N.Y.) has developed a new diamond-coated router for use with composites and laminates. Dubbed Diamond Tiger, the routers reportedly last up to 10 times longer than carbide competitors. They’re available in a range of sizes in upcut, downcut or compression tool designs and are said to minimize tool resharpening and downtime for tool change and CNC machine recalibration.
