Permabond (Eastleigh, Hampshire, U.K.) has launched new cyanoacrylates formulated for demanding bonding applications. C920 has high temperature resistance (to 125°C/257°F) and withstands thermal cycling. Rubber-toughened C737 BLACK MAGIC is designed to bond dissimilar materials, with high resistance to impact, vibration and temperature cycling. C2050 ULTRA FLEX is flexible and fills gaps on porous surfaces. Low-odor C2084 CRYSTAL CLEAR leaves an invisible bond line, and may be used where ventilation is poor.
