Janicki Industries (Sedro-Woolley, WA, US) will highlight its capabilities in tooling, prototyping, and fabrication parts for aerospace, marine, energy, architecture, military, space, and transportation markets. Janicki has experience with many composites, including syntactic putty; 160°F fiberglass composites; 350°F carbon fiber tools; 250°F carbon/fiberglass hybrid molds; and 350°F Invar and steel molds. Of special note, says Janicki, are:
- Carbon/JBXA layup molds that cure at 360°F and support more than 100 cycles
- Carbon/BMI layup molds that cure at 360°F and support more than 200 cycles
- Invar/steel layup molds that cure at 360°F and support more than 1,000 cycles
- Aluminum layup molds that cure at 250°F and support more than 250 cycles.
