Sulzer Mixpac USA Inc. (Salem, N.H.; formerly ConProTec Inc.), a maker of two-component adhesive dispensing systems, has introduced the S-50 System of 10:1 ratio cartridges for its MIXPAC handheld cartridge dispensing system. The MIXPAC system consists of a manual dispensing gun, cartridge and static mixer. Cartridges are available in either polypropylene or polyester constructions. The S-50 System reportedly ensures effective ratio control and minimizes material waste. Also new: The DXR refill station for use with its DX Series dispensing system. The refill station uses two transfer pumps to draw from 5-gal bulk containers of material. Each pump is equipped with follower plates to handle a range of viscosities. Multiple handheld dispensers can be refilled with one station.
