Wisconsin Oven Corp. (East Troy, Wis., USA) celebrated its 40th anniversary on Jan. 9 by breaking ground on a new 30,000-ft2/2,787m2 addition. The facility will be suited for making equipment to serve the automotive, aerospace, mining and energy industries.
Wisconsin Oven says it has experienced record growth year after year since 2005. After a setback in 2009 due to the recession, the company has again rebounded in the same manner every year since and reports record shipments again in 2013.
Dave Strand, president and CEO, credits a culture of champions for the impressive track record. “We are all in this together, we have a clear vision, we set goals and we share results. Then we reward performances and celebrate big time as a team! Our customers tell us time and time again that we are the best in the business and our passion for customer service and satisfaction is unparalleled. We call this Work of Champions, which has the same acronym as Wisconsin Oven Corporation.”
