Rock West acquires assets of MacLean Quality Composites

The new company, Rock West composites, will focus on production of stock and custom tubing molded of carbon fiber/epoxy composites.
Rock West Solutions (San Diego, Calif.) recently acquired of the composite tubing business division of MacLean Quality Composites (MQC, West Jordan, Utah). Rock West Composites, the new company formed from this acquisition, began operation on April 1 and will focus on two main product areas, including stock tubing and custom tubing/molded products. The new enterprise will be managed by Dave Erickson, the new firm’s VP and general manager, who brings to the task 18 years of experience.
