Polynova Composites (Milford, Mass.) and Flemings Textiles Ltd./Scott & Fyfe (Kilmarnock, Ayrshire, U.K.) announced on Oct. 30 a worldwide licensing agreement to further the development of both companies’ product lines. Under the terms of the license, Scott & Fyfe is manufacturing and marketing products based on Polynova’s trademarked Polybeam flow media. The products are marketed under the Scott & Fyfe Polymat “HiFlow” brand.

 “Technologically advanced textiles are the hallmark of both companies,” commented Michael Schwartz, Poly-nova’s COO. “The trademarked Poly-beam technology at the heart of this agreement streamlines closed mold processing and enhances product performance.”
