Dan Norton has been appointed to manage the automotive business sector for FORMAX (Leicester, U.K.). Previously employed at Sigmatex High Technology Fabrics (Benicia, Calif.), Norton brings a wealth of experience to the role, including supply chain management, product development and strategic planning, based on his experiences at a number of international automotive OEMs ... Ben Arnold has assumed the role of market development manager at Chromaflo Technologies (Ashtabula, Ohio), reporting to Elizabeth Campbell, business director for thermoset - Americas. In this role, Arnold will be responsible for managing the advancement efforts of the thermoset business in the Americas, with a focus in South America. He holds a BS in chemistry from the College of Wooster and a MS in business administration from John Carroll University ... General Plastics Mfg. Co. (Tacoma, Wash.) has hired Jess Valler as its new manufacturing engineer. He brings 18 years of engineering experience to the polyurethane foam products innovator. In his new role, he will be responsible for optimizing product quality and operational efficiency. He comes to the position from Tacoma-based Milgard Manufacturing Inc., where he worked as a design engineer.
