Hexcel to build new plant in Windsor, Colo.

The glass prepreg facility will be located near a Vestas wind blade manufacturing plant.

Hexcel (Dublin, Calif.) has confirmed that its new Colorado glass prepreg plant will be located in the town of Windsor, Colo. Construction began in December 2008 and the plant is expected to be operational in late 2009.
