Following the merger of Cray Valley (Paris, France) and Cook Composites and Polymers (Kansas City, Mo., USA), the two firms have announced the creation of CCP Composites, a global organization focused on the production and distribution of products used for the manufacture of composites materials. This new entity includes all composites activities Cray Valley, Cook Composites and Polymers and the distribution business Composites One.

The launch includes a new logo and identify. “Innovation is at the heart of our strategy,” explains Dominique Vincent, chairman and CEO of CCP Composites, who also adds, “sustainable development is the key for composites growth in the future.”

The company has three specialized research centers where numerous projects are conceived: the development of styrene-free products, bio-sourced products (Enviroguard), fire retardant halogen-free products (Fireblock), and cleaning agents without traditional solvents (Thermaclean). CCP Composites is present on four continents and has three specialized research and development centers.
