Composites Evolution (Chesterfield, U.K.) has teamed up with distributor Easy Composites (Longton, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, U.K.) to provide fast distribution of Composites Evolution's  Biotex Flax and Biotex Jute natural fiber reinforcement materials.

Composites Evolution’s Biotex materials are used to reduce weight, enhance aesthetics and improve the sustainability of composite components, compared to glass fiber. Easy Composites has grown quickly to become one of the leading suppliers of advanced composite materials to businesses, individuals, schools and universities around the world. The company now stocks both Biotex Flax and Biotex Jute fabrics, for the first time allowing fast and easy access to these materials in small quantities.

Composites Evolution chose Easy Composites as they understand the materials, are well-placed to offer the right level of customer support, and offer fast worldwide shipping.

Gordon Bishop, Composites Evolution managing director says “We are looking forward to developing a close working relationship with Easy Composites. The company is able to offer good technical support which we feel is right for our Biotex high performance materials. Our customers who require smaller quantities will benefit greatly from Easy Composites’ competitive pricing and next day delivery.”

“Customer interest in alternative, sustainable reinforcements has been increasing a lot recently and so we are delighted to have structured this partnership with Composites Evolution to make their high quality products instantly accessible to customers around the world” comments Easy Composites director Matthew Statham. “We intend to showcase these products and inspire customers own projects with a range of tutorials and technical guides making use of these unique materials” he added.
