The Madison Group (Madison, Wis.) has acquired the business operations of Bunch Engineering (Prairie du Sac, Wis.). Founded in 1993, The Madison Group offers consulting services for plastic failure analysis, design and optimization as well as simulation of thermoset compression molding, using its Cadpress software. Bunch is an injection molding-focused consultancy headed by Mike Bunch, who offers design and analysis services, including Moldflow analysis. Anticipated closing date for the transaction is third quarter 2008.
